April 19, 2004

Northbound Highway 52 Lane Closure Scheduled for April 27 Through April 30

Roseville, Minn.—The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) will reduce northbound Highway 52 to a single lane from Highway 55 to just south of 117th Street in INVER GROVE HEIGHTS on Tuesday, April 27.

The northbound lanes will be reduced to a single lane starting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, April 27 through Friday, April 29 at 5 a.m.

The lane closure is necessary as crews continue to construct a new interchange at 117th Street in Inver Grove Heights.

Weather permitting, all lanes of traffic will re-open at 5 a.m. on April 30. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid congestion. Expect delays if you travel Highway 52.

Mn/DOT reminds motorists to SLOW DOWN in the work zone and NEVER enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones. Please join us in a safety partnership.
