Roseville,
Minn.Construction of a pedestrian bridge crossing Highway
52 on the border of South St. Paul and West St. Paul will require
traffic restrictions Wednesday, October 29 and Thursday, October
30. The
left lane of southbound Highway 52 between Concord Street and
Butler Avenue will be closed from 7 a.m. Wednesday morning through
6 p.m. Thursday evening as crews erect concrete piers for the
new crossing.
Although
two lanes of traffic will remain open on southbound Highway 52,
motorists are advised to use alternate routes to avoid congestion.

urges motorists always to drive with caution and reminds them
to SLOW DOWN in work zones and NEVER enter a roadway that has
