Roseville,
Minn.—Traffic shifts due to road construction along northbound
and southbound Highway 61 in NEWPORT from 20th St. to 70
St. will cause non-rush hour lane restrictions the week of August
4. There will be no lane closures on the northbound highway between
6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. No lane closures
are allowed on southbound Hwy 61 between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
In
addition, High St. at Highway 61 will be closed permanently beginning
at 5 a.m., Thursday, August 7.

to SLOW DOWN in work zones and NEVER enter a roadway that has
