Roseville,
Minn. The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT)
will close the ramp from southbound I-494 to Highway 55 in PLYMOUTH
on July 30.
The
ramp closure is necessary as crews rebuild the ramp and is part
of the larger Highway 55 resurfacing project from Old Rockford
Rd. to I-494. Weather permitting, the ramp will re-open by Aug.
9.
In
addition, crews will close eastbound Highway 55 from Rockford
Rd. to I-494 in PLYMOUTH at 5 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 2 as crews continue
to resurface the roadway. Weather permitting, eastbound Highway
55 between those two points will re-open by 2 a.m. Sunday, Aug.

Motorists
are advised to follow the posted detour routes during this ramp
and roadway closure.
Mn/DOT
urges motorists always to drive with caution and reminds them
to SLOW DOWN in work zones and NEVER enter a roadway that has
