Roseville, Minn.— The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) will begin installing a new traffic control signal system at Highway 13 and Mendota Heights Road in DAKOTA COUNTY at 7:30 a.m. Monday, August 4, 2003.

Motorists may encounter shoulder closures and possible lane closures during construction of the new traffic control system.
Mn/DOT expects the project to be completed by September 23, 2003, weather permitting.

Mn/DOT urges motorists always to drive with caution and reminds them to SLOW DOWN in work zones and NEVER enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones. For updated statewide traffic, construction and travel information visit www.511mn.org.
