Roseville, Minn.The loops from westbound I-494 to southbound Highway 100 (Normandale Blvd.) and from northbound Highway 100 (Normandale Blvd.) to westbound I-494 will remain closed through July 25. In addition, the ramps from southbound Highway 100 to westbound I-494 and from westbound I-494 to northbound Highway 100 also will remain closed through July 25.

These ramps and loops, closed since July 7, originally were scheduled to re-open by July 21, but recent rainfall has made that re-open date unattainable.

These closures are necessary as crews construct a temporary bridge and widen the new roadway embankments on this segment of the I-494 project.

Mn/DOT urges motorists always to drive with caution and reminds them to
SLOW DOWN in the work zone and NEVER enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones.
