Roseville, Minn.— The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) will CLOSE the ramp from northbound Highway 280 to northbound I-35W and eastbound Highway 36 in ROSEVILLE on 11:30 p.m. Sunday, July 20, 2003.

This ramp closure is necessary as crews make repairs to the concrete roadway surface and is part of the larger I-35W concrete repair project from Stinson Blvd. to Highway 36.

Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour route: eastbound
County Road B to northbound Snelling Ave.

Weather permitting, this ramp is scheduled to re-open by Aug. 20. The entire
I-35W concrete repair project from Stinson Blvd. to Highway 36 is scheduled for completion by Sept. 21, weather permitting.

Mn/DOT urges motorists always to drive with caution and reminds them to SLOW DOWN in work zones and NEVER enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones. For updated statewide traffic, construction and travel information visit www.511mn.org.
