Roseville,
Minn. Long-term lane closures will be in effect beginning
Monday, July 14 as the Mn/DOT continues the various repair projects
to northbound and southbound I-35W between Stinson Blvd. and Highway
36.
The
northbound and southbound lane closures will be in effect in the
early morning hours of July 14 as crews repair bridge barriers
and make repairs to the concrete pavement. These lane closures
will affect rush-hour traffic. The July 8 news release outlining
the 9 a.m. closure times was issued in error.
Northbound
and southbound I-35W will be reduced to two lanes until Aug. 20.
Crews will halt work during the Minnesota State Fair, which runs
from Aug. 21 to Sept. 1, but will resume after the fair. Various
ramp closures also will be in effect after Sept. 1.
A
full ramp closure and detour schedule will be issued one week
before they take effect.
Weather
permitting, the entire project is scheduled to be completed by
Sept. 21.
Mn/DOT
urges motorists always to drive with caution and reminds them
to SLOW DOWN in work zones and NEVER enter a roadway that has
