Roseville, Minn.—Emergency repairs to Highway 8 will begin July 7 between the west junction of Highway 95 to Taylors Falls. Highway 8 will be closed beginning at 9 a.m. on July 7 and a detour will be posted to direct traffic around the road closure. Advance warning signs were posted on June 30 to alert motorists of the road closure. The road closure will end on July 11, however, there will continue to be single lane closures and flagging operations until the project is completed later in July.

Mn/DOT urges motorists to drive with caution, reminding them to SLOW DOWN in the work zone and NEVER enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones.
