Roseville, Minn.— Work crews will begin repairs to the Valley View Road (County Rd. 39) Bridge that spans Highway 212 in EDEN PRAIRIE on Monday, June 30, 2003.

By July 7, the bridge will be reduced to a single eastbound and westbound direction for the duration of the project, which is scheduled for completion by the end of September 2003.

Crews also will begin reconfiguring the Bryant Lake Drive intersection with Valley View Rd. (County Rd. 39) on that date.

Bryant Lake Dr. motorists will be able to reach westbound Highway 5 but will be unable to directly access westbound Highway 212. Westbound Highway 212 motorists will not have access to Bryant Lake Dr., nor will they be able to reach the Valley View Road Bridge in order to continue westbound on 212.

Westbound Highway 212 motorists are advised to follow the posted detour route: continuing west to Highway 5 and using the I-494 loops to return to the Valley View Rd. exit via eastbound Highway 212. Bryant Lake Rd. motorists also will see a posted detour in order to access westbound Highway 212.

These projects are part of the City of Eden Prairie’s Valley View Rd. reconstruction project. Mn/DOT is administering the contracts.
