Roseville, Minn.— The Minnesota Department of Transportation will begin work on the Highway 77 (Cedar Ave.) Bridge over the Minnesota River in Eagan on May 4, 2003. Crews will replace the bridge’s expansion joints and repair its concrete railing.

Northbound and southbound Highway 77 will be reduced to two lanes for the duration of the project. In addition, the bus-only shoulders will be closed.

Weather permitting, the work will be completed and all lanes and shoulders re-opened to traffic by May 24, 2003.

Mn/DOT urges motorists always to drive with caution and reminds them to SLOW DOWN in the work zone and NEVER enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones. Please join us in a safety partnership.
