Roseville, Minn.—Westbound Interstate 494 will be restricted to
a single lane of traffic between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday April
7 at the Mississippi River as crews place concrete median barrier
along the right shoulder of the westbound interstate between the
Wakota Bridge and the Hardman Ave. interchange in South St. Paul.
The
ramp from westbound I-494 to Hardman Ave. will close Monday April
7 and remain closed until the new westbound I-494 bridge over
the Mississippi River opens in the fall of 2005. At the same time,
the ramp from Hardman Ave. to westbound I-494 will close until
this fall.
Traffic
using these ramps will use the Concord Street interchange.
