Roseville, Minn.—The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT)
will CLOSE the ramp from eastbound and westbound Highway 55 to
southbound Highway 100 in GOLDEN VALLEY at 9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct.
30, 2002.
This ramp closure is necessary as construction continues at the
new Highway 55/Highway 100 interchange.
Weather permitting, the ramp will re-open to traffic by Friday
afternoon, Nov. 1.
Mn/DOT recommends that motorists use the posted detour: taking
northbound Highway 100 to Duluth St. and returning to southbound
Highway 100 via that interchange.
Mn/DOT reminds motorists always to drive with caution and cautions
them to SLOW DOWN in the work zone and NEVER enter a roadway that
has been blocked with barriers or cones. Please join us in a safety
partnership.
