(Roseville, Minn.)--As work progresses toward completion of the I-35W/95th Ave. interchange in BLAINE, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will reduce northbound and southbound I-35W to ONE LANE between 85th Ave. NE and Lexington Ave. NE during NON RUSH-HOURS.

Motorists will expect both NORTHBOUND lanes of I-35W to remain OPEN between the two points from 2 p.m. through 7 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. All SOUTHBOUND lanes of I-35W between the two points will remain OPEN from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. Mondays through Fridays.

This lane closure schedule will remain in effect through September 2002. A similar lane closure schedule will be issued in October 2002.

Weather permitting, the interchange will re-open to traffic by Nov. 1, 2002.
