(Roseville,
Minn.)--The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) will
CLOSE northbound and southbound Highway 100 between 36th Ave.
N. in ROBBINSDALE and County Road 81 in ROBBINSDALE at 8 p.m.
TUESDAY, Aug. 20, 2002 and at 8 p.m. WEDNESDAY, Aug. 21, 2002.
Weather
permitting, Highway 100 between these two points will re-open
by 5 a.m. WEDNESDAY, Aug. 21, 2002 and THURSDAY, Aug. 22, 2002.
This
roadway closure is necessary as crews erect the concrete beams
for the new 42nd Ave. bridge that will span Highway 100.
Mn/DOT
suggests motorists follow the posted detour during the closure
from northbound Highway 100: Exit at 36th Ave., proceed east to
County Road 81 and follow County Road 81 north (west) back to
northbound Highway 100. Southbound Highway 100 motorists are advised
to follow County Road 81 south (east) to 36th Ave. and 36th Ave.
west in order to return to southbound Highway 100.

reminds motorists to SLOW DOWN in work zones and NEVER enter roadways
that have been blocked with barriers or cones. Please join us
