NORTH, SOUTH HIGHWAY 100 TRAFFIC SHIFTING TO BYPASS; TEMPORARY SINGLE LANE TRAFFIC THROUGH WORK ZONE

(Roseville, Minn.)--The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) will reduce northbound and southbound Highway 100 to single lanes between 39th Ave. N. in ROBBINSDALE and Indiana Ave. in BROOKLYN CENTER at 5 a.m. June 26, 2002.

The lane reductions are necessary as crews shift Highway 100 traffic to a temporary bypass as Mn/DOT continues Highway 100 reconstruction between County Road 81 and Twin Lakes.

Weather permitting, all lanes in this segment of the project will re-open on the bypass by late in the day on June 27.

Mn/DOT reminds motorists to SLOW DOWN in work zones and NEVER enter roadways that have been blocked with barriers or cones. Please join us in a safety partnership.
