Highway 100 Ramp Closure Takes Effect April 17

Roseville, Minn.— The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) will close the ramp from southbound Highway 100 to eastbound and westbound Highway 55 in Golden Valley at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2002 as crews continue Highway 100 reconstruction.

Mn/DOT expects the ramp to re-open by June 17, 2002, and recommends the following detour in order to reach Highway 55 from southbound Highway 100: exit at Duluth St., follow Duluth St. westbound to Douglas Dr., and follow Douglas Dr. southbound to Highway 55.

Mn/DOT urges motorists always to drive with caution and reminds them to SLOW DOWN in the work zone and NEVER enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones. Please join us in a safety partnership.
