EASTBOUND INTERSTATE 94 RAMP TO CRETIN AVENUE/VANDALIA STREET CLOSES NEXT WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY NIGHTS (Roseville, Minn.) -As preparations begin for resurfacing of Interstate 94 between Minneapolis and St. Paul, the ramp from eastbound Interstate 94 Cretin Avenue/Vandalia Street will close overnight next Wednesday and Thursday for resurfacing. Weather permitting, the ramp will be closed from 8 p.m. each night until 5:30 a.m. the following morning for resurfacing. During the closure, traffic will detour onto Snelling Avenue. Resurfacing and shoulder reconstruction of Interstate 94 from Cedar Avenue in Minneapolis to John Ireland Boulevard in St. Paul is scheduled to begin after the July 4th holiday weekend. During the work, the interstate will be closed and detoured for two weeks eastbound and two weeks westbound. The interstate also will be restricted weeknights throughout the project.
