CLOSURE SCHEDULED FOR HIGHWAY 65 IN HAM LAKE (Roseville, Minn.) -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) has started clearing and grubbing work on a resurfacing project for Highway 65 at Bunker Lake Boulevard in Ham Lake. On Monday, June 5, Bunker Lake Boulevard east of Highway 65 will close for approximately one week to allow crews to excavate and replace ditchline culvert. This project consists of resurfacing on Highway 65, drainage work and curb and gutter construction. A signal system is also planned for this intersection. Construction costs for this project are $950,000. Weather permitting, this work will be completed by early August. Mn/DOT asks motorists to join in a safety partnership and drive with caution in work zones, allow for extra time or plan an alternate route to reach their destinations.
