ANNUAL INSPECTION SCHEDULED NEXT WEEK FOR HIGHWAY 52/LAFAYETTE BRIDGE

(St. Paul, Minn.) - Motorists should watch for lane closures next week from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday during inspection of the Highway 52 Lafayette bridge over the Mississippi River east of downtown St. Paul. Inspectors from the Minnesota Department of Transportation will start with the northbound side of the bridge on Monday and Tuesday, then switch to the southbound bridge on Wednesday and Thursday. Inspection is weather dependent, so if necessary, work will continue during the same hours on Friday.

Please watch for workers on the bridge and drive carefully past the inspection vehicles.
