BRIDGE REPAIRS SCHEDULED FOR INTERSTATE 94 AND HIGHWAY 101 IN ROGERS AND MAPLE GROVE (Roseville, Minn.) -- Beginning on Monday, April 10 the bridges over Interstate 94 at Hennepin County Road 144 and 101st Street will close to traffic for repairs. Work will include bridge resurfacing, joint and railing repair. Motorists should watch for lane restrictions during night work on Interstate 94. Rail repairs on the northbound lanes of the Highway 101 bridge over the Crow River near Rogers will also begin on Monday. During the day, lanes will be restricted to an single lane until 3:00 p.m. The total cost for these projects are $357,000. Weather permitting, work on all bridges is scheduled to be completed by May 5. Mn/DOT asks motorists to join in a safety partnership and drive with caution in work zones, allow for extra time or plan an alternate route to reach their destinations.
