EXPECT TRAFFIC DELAYS TONIGHT ON 66TH STREET IN RICHFIELD FOR INTERSTATE 35W BRIDGE WORK (Roseville, Minn.) - Motorists traveling on 66th Street (Hennepin County Road 53) underneath Interstate 35W in Richfield between 10 p.m. tonight and 4 a.m. tomorrow morning can expect delays during work on the new northbound I-35W bridge. Delays of up to 15 minutes at a time are needed to allow crews to set beams for the new bridge over 66th Street. Richfield Police will assist the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) with traffic control. Traffic on 66th Street is currently one lane in each direction on the westbound side of the street in the vicinity of the bridge work. The ramp from 66th Street to northbound I-35W also remains closed. Weather permitting, construction of the new bridge is expected to be finished by late fall. We're in the Work Zone Together |
