Russian Visit
The FHWA has developed a ‘twinning’ program in which they have helped establish relationships between the DOTs of four U.S. states and four Russian Regional Highway Administrations. Three engineers representing Minnesota traveled to the city of Yoshkar-Ola in the Mariy El Region of Russia (about 450 miles east of Moscow) for a week. The presentation will describe the technical and cultural information exchange.
