Work Zone Traffic Control Devices
To learn more about flagging in Minnesota..... Minnesota Flagging Handbook is available in PDF on the following site. |

Delineators are used mostly as a separator (placed down the centerline) on two-lane roads. They are used as guide makers rather than warning devices.
Drums are used to channel traffic flow and may also be used to mark specific hazards.
Traffic cones are used for short term work zone areas. These cones are effective to route traffic around work zones.
These barricades can be used to close a roadway or section of a roadway to general traffic.
