On September 7, 2007 in response to a litigation hold on all data related to the 9340 Bridge, employees at Mn/DOT were instructed to forward all e-mail related to the design, construction, maintenance, or inspections of the collapsed Bridge 9340 to a special email account. Over 60,000 messages were forwarded to this account.

These e-mail are being reviewed to ensure that they do not contain information which is private under the guildelines of the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act and National Transportation Safety Board regulations. They will be made available on this Web page in batches after they are reviewed.
