On September 7, 2007 in response to a litigation hold on all data related to the 9340 Bridge, employees at Mn/DOT were instructed to forward all e-files related to the design, construction, maintenance, or inspection of the collapsed Bridge 9340 to a special account.
These e-files have been reviewed to ensure that they do not contain information which is not public under the guidelines of the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act and National Transportation Safety Board regulations. They were made available on this Web page in batches after they were reviewed.
These are zipped files, you will need software such as PKZIP or WinZip to view and download these files.
Additional batches will be released as they become available. Some files are very large and may take considerable time to open.
