Recent work on the I-35W bridge over the Mississippi (bridge 9340) was part of a larger contract with Progressive Contractors Inc. for work on I-35W between I-94 and Stinson Blvd.
• Work was scheduled to be complete Sept. 30
• Cost for the work is $9 million
