Minnesota Arterial Travel Time (MATT) Integration

Project Description

The Minnesota Arterial Travel Time (MATT) Integration project builds upon the practical approach used for many years by Mn/DOT to assess intersection capacity, arterial street progression and movement of vehicles; and to move from an off-line retrospective analysis tool, towards a tool that can be operated in real-time to actively compute travel times along an arterial route and be integrated within the Regional Transportation Management Center (RTMC).
