Traveler Information on the Internet - TripUSA

Project Description

TripUSA was an Internet based, road and weather traveler information source.  Through public-private partnerships, Mn/DOT road and weather information was forwarded to Information Service Providers who presented it to prospective travelers via the TripUSA website.  The travelers obtained road, weather and construction information by selecting a particular region of the state and then the desired roadway segment.  By adding a number of traveler information links for airfare, hotel, rental car and other traveler information, the TripUSA website was designed to become self-supporting.
