Project Purpose
This project proposes to redeck the T.H. 5 river bridge over the Mississippi River near Fort Snelling. The project will also involve concrete pavement repair (CPR) on T.H. 5 and maintenance activities on the Shepard Road and Edgecumbe Road bridges. It is anticipated that the river bridge will need to be redecked using top-down construction methods.
This project will most likely be a two-step low-bid project that utilizes stipends.
