In order to get the current Layout Title and Signature Blocks, you should follow the link to the MnDOT CADD Data Stds Web page and download all cell libraries:
LAYBLK Layout Title Block
PRFBLK Profile Title Block
LV1LA Level 1 Layout Signature Block
LV2LA Level 2 Layout Signature Block
LV3LA Level 3 Layout Signature Block
In order to get the current Color Table for plotting layouts, you should follow the link to the MnDOT CADD Data Stds Web page and download all General Display Resources.
