Willmar, Minn. –

The Minnesota Department of Transportation office in Marshall announced today that Trunk Highway 23 between Pipestone and Jasper is open to traffic. Barricades were removed at 12:30 p.m. today (October 1).

The highway had been closed since July 29 due to construction.

Mn/DOT thanks motorists, businesses and local residents for their cooperation and patience during the project.
