MN/DOT TO REMOVE HIGHWAY 22 DETOUR SOUTH OF LITCHFIELD BEFORE
MEMORIAL DAY
MOTORISTS ADVISED TO USE CAUTION ON HIGHWAY 22 DURING FINISH WORK
Willmar, Minn. - The Highway 22 detour south of Litchfield will be removed
on Friday (May 28) morning and finish work will be completed under traffic
after the Memorial Day holiday, according to the Minnesota Department of
Transportation.
According to Mn/DOT officials, the finish work will take place on June
1 and 2 and will consist of crews sealing joints on Highway 22 between
Pleasure Drive in Litchfield to junction Highway 7. Flag personnel
will direct motorists through the work zone. Motorists are asked to use
caution in this area and to slow down and give workers room to work.
The Highway 22 detour north of Litchfield, between junction Highway
12 near Litchfield to junction Highway 55 at Eden Valley, will remain until
approximately mid June.
