All no-travel advisories lifted for southwest Minnesota
WILLMAR, Minn. – (10:45 a.m.) The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has lifted all no-travel advisories in southwest Minnesota, including the remaining two segments:
- Highway 119 – Dawson to the south junction of Highway 40
- U.S. Highway 212 – South Dakota border to U.S. Highway 75
Many roads are still covered with ice and compacted snow due to extremely cold temperatures. Driving conditions may also be difficult due to blowing and drifting snow. Motorists should use caution when traveling, especially in open areas with no wind breaks.
