Hwy 67 bridge replacement starts July 16
WILLMAR, Minn. — The Hwy 67 bridge replacement project over the Lac qui Parle River was originally scheduled to start Monday, July 9, 2018 but due to recent rains the project start date has been pushed back to Monday, July 16, 2018.
The project includes the replacement of the bridge on Hwy 67 over the Lac qui Parle River, two miles east of Hwy 75.
Work will require a detour. Work is expected to be completed by August 7, 2018.
Benefits of the project include a smoother road surface and enhanced safety. The project cost is estimated at $1.1 million and is estimated to be complete by mid-June. Redstone is the contractor on the project.
