Hwy 75 resurfacing project in Pipestone complete
WILLMAR, Minn. – The Highway 75 resurfacing project in Pipestone is complete.
The Highway 75 project involved the resurfacing of Highway 75 from the south intersection of Highway 23 to Highway 75/Highway 23 in Pipestone. In addition, a continuous two-way center left turn lane was installed and pedestrian crossings along the project area were updated to meet Americans with Disabilities (ADA) standards.
Work began May 7, 2018, and was completed July 12, 2018. Benefits of the project include a smoother road surface and improved safety, as well as compliance with ADA standards. The cost of the project was $1.8 million. The prime contractor was Duininck, Inc.
