Work on Nest Lake Bridge to be complete by end of the day
WILLMAR, Minn. – Grinding (milling of the top surface to reduce sound) and repaving of the Nest Lake Bridge will be complete by the end of the day today, Monday, August 22. This work was part of the Highway 9 New London to Sunburg project.
Highway 23 over the bridge will no longer be restricted from 4-lane to 2-lane and the four way stops at the intersection of North Shore Drive and Highway 23 and Old Mill Road/153rd Avenue and Highway 23 will be removed by the end of the day.
The Highway 9 (New London to Sunburg) project is scheduled to be complete by the end of the day Friday, August 26.
