Update: Hwy 40 near Milan detoured on Dec. 5 for culvert replacement
WILLMAR, Minn. – Motorists near Milan will experience a one-day detour on Hwy 40 west of Milan while crews replace a culvert on Wednesday, Dec. 5.
The detour for the project follows Chippewa County Road 31 south of Milan.
Local traffic will be allowed within the detour area, except at the culvert repair site.
