Culvert replacement on Hwy 4 near Hector begins Nov. 13
WILLMAR, Minn. – Motorists in Renville County will experience detours on Hwy 4 near Hector as crews begin culvert and tile replacement in two locations on Tuesday, Nov. 13.
The northern location is two miles north of Hector near 820th Avenue. The southern location is 4.5 miles south of Hector near County Road 4.
The northern detour follows Hwy 212 to County Road 22 and County Road 23.
The southern detour follows County Road 4 to County Road 16 and County Road 2.
Local traffic will be allowed within detour areas, except at the culvert repair sites.
The detour will be removed on Nov. 21, weather permitting.
