Hwy 23 detour near Granite Falls to be removed Oct. 20
WILLMAR, Minn. – Hwy 23 from Clara City to Hwy 212 near Granite Falls is scheduled to open to traffic Oct. 20 in the late afternoon.
The concrete repair project included removing and replacing deteriorated concrete. Motorists will now experience a smoother, safer road.
