Hwy 19/71, between Redwood Falls and Morton, open to traffic
WILLMAR, Minn. - (4:15 p.m.) Hwy 19/71, between Redwood Falls and Morton, is open to traffic. This segment of Hwy 19/71 had been closed to traffic since April 7 due to a mudslide.
