Hwy 25 south of Watertown open to traffic
WILLMAR, Minn. —(6:30 p.m.) The Minnesota Department of Transportation opened Hwy 25 from Hwy 7 to Carver County Road 112 to traffic this morning.
Floodwaters have receded and motorists are allowed to travel through the area in a single lane, alternating traffic. Crews are currently monitoring the water levels.
The roadway was closed to through traffic on Saturday due to water over the roadway.
