Hwy 4, south of Hwy 212 in Hector open to two-way traffic
WILLMAR, Minn. —(3:15 p.m.) Traffic delays on Hwy 4, south of Hwy 212 in Hector have been lifted. Motorists had encountered traffic delays since this morning due to an semi in the ditch which partially blocked both lanes.
