Rick Krueger to retire from Mn/DOT Dec. 3
WILLMAR, Minn. —Rick Krueger will retire from the Minnesota Department of Transportation in District 8 on Friday, Dec. 3, with over 35 years of state service. Krueger is a transportation generalist senior at the Hutchinson Mn/DOT office.
Krueger began his civil service career in September 1972 working several summers as a scale operator, laborer on a centerline painting crew and on a bridge crew before becoming a permanent maintenance worker in 1976 at the Hutchinson truck station.
His retirement plans include spending more time with his grandchildren, traveling, fishing and spending time at his lake cabin with his wife, Mary.
