Highway 59 south of Clarkfield opens to traffic Oct. 25
Detour will be lifted
WILLMAR, Minn. — Highway 59 south of Clarkfield will open to traffic Monday, Oct. 25, as crews complete shoulder widening and culvert work.
Motorists are reminded to drive with caution in the area as off-road work continues with seeding and sign installation.
Work on a portion of Highway 59 from Yellow Medicine County Road 3 to one-quarter mile north will not be completed until the 2011 construction season due to the high water level of Spring Creek.
