Update: Wet weather delays completion of city project in Madison; Highway 75 detour will remain in place until Oct. 4
WILLMAR, Minn. – Due to wet weather, completion of a city project to install sanitary pipe liners below Highway 75 at 2nd Street, 5th Street and 7th has been delayed to Oct. 4, weather permitting.
The project started Sept. 20 and was originally scheduled to be completed Sept. 24.
Highway 75 in Madison remains detoured from 1st Street to 9th Street West to Highway 40, north on 1st Avenue, west on Lac Qui Parle County Road 22 to Highway 75. A detour map is posted at http://www.dot.state.mn.us/d8/. The detour will remain in place until the project is completed.
