Two-day Highway 71 patching project south of Willmar begins Aug. 26
Motorists should expect delays
A major pavement patching project on Highway 71 south of Willmar to Highway 7 will begin Thursday, Aug. 26. Motorists can expect delays of approximately 10 to 15 minutes between 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 26 and Monday, Aug. 30.
The project is expected to be completed Monday, Aug. 30 weather permitting.
Flaggers and a pilot car will guide motorists through the work zone.
When the project is completed motorists will experience a smoother ride surface.
