Safety improvement project underway in southwestern MN
Location
At various locations on Highways 4, 7, 19, 22, 23, 59, 67, 68, 71, and 212 in the counties of Chippewa, Kandiyohi, Lac qui Parle, Lincoln, Lyon, McLeod, Meeker, Redwood, Renville, and Yellow Medicine in southwestern Minnesota.
Project information
Crews will remove the existing guardrail and replace with current standard guardrail to improve the safety for the traveling public.
Traffic Impact

This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
H & R Construction Company of Dalton, MN is the prime contractor for the $864,046 project.
