Highway 68 resurfacing project from Milroy to Wabasso begins Sept. 22
WILLMAR, Minn. - Motorists will encounter intermittent lane closures as a 15-mile resurfacing project begins on Highway 68 from north of Lyon County Road 8 near Milroy to the west limits of Wabasso on Sept. 22.
Flaggers and a pilot car will direct motorists through the work zone. If motorists enter a roadway from an access road, they must wait for the pilot car and vehicles to pass before entering the lane and must travel in the same direction as the pilot car.
The project is scheduled to be complete by Oct. 15, weather permitting.
This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
Central Specialties, Inc. is the prime contractor for the $2,075,662 project.
