Completion of rehabilitation projects in Litchfield and Clara City expected early next week
Highway 23 detour in Clara City will be lifted on Aug. 19

Highway 22 in Litchfield and Highway 23 in Clara City.
Traffic impact
The Highway 23 detour will be lifted early Wed., Aug. 19.
Motorists may encounter intermittent lane closures in Clara City after the detour is lifted for the remainder of the week as crews complete joint sealing and cleanup activities.
Project information
The Highway 22 concrete rehabilitation project in Litchfield is expected to be complete by the end of this week. The Highway 12 portion in Litchfield is complete.
Crews began the concrete rehabilitation project on Highways 12 and Highway 22 in Litchfield in mid-June, and Highway 23 in Clara City in late-July to remove and replace aged joint sealer and remove and replace deteriorating concrete and whole concrete panels.
